By accessing, browsing, registering for, or using any service made available through the g188 platform at g188.im (the "Platform"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") in their entirety. These Terms apply to all users of the Platform, including visitors, registered members, and players.

To register for and use a g188 account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. g188 strictly enforces this minimum age requirement and does not permit any person under the age of 21 to register, deposit funds, or participate in any gaming or betting activity on the Platform.
• You must be a human individual and not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which accessing or participating in online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of g188, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have had a previous g188 account closed, suspended, or terminated for breach of these Terms or any other g188 policy.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction.

When completing registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information. g188 may at any time request documentation to verify your identity, age, residential address, or ownership of a payment method used on your account. Acceptable verification documents include a valid Pakistani CNIC, passport, or driver's licence for identity and age, and a recent utility bill, bank statement, or government-issued document for address verification.

g188 reserves the right to decline any registration application without being required to provide a reason for doing so.

Each player is permitted to hold a maximum of one (1) registered account on g188 at any time. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different email addresses, names, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your g188 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your account. You must not share your account credentials with any third party or permit any other person to access or use your account.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs on your account, whether authorised by you or not. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact g188 support immediately via Live Chat. g188 will take reasonable steps to secure your account upon notification but is not liable for any losses incurred prior to notification.

• Account balances are held in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) by default.
• Players may update their contact information via account settings. Changes to registered name or date of birth require documentary verification.
• Inactive accounts (no login for 12 consecutive months) may be subject to an inactivity fee of PKR 200 per month after written notice is provided.
• Dormant account balances will not fall below zero as a result of inactivity fees.

g188 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, and USDT cryptocurrency. The minimum deposit amount is PKR 500. g188 does not charge deposit processing fees, though your payment provider may apply its own charges.

All funds deposited into your g188 wallet must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. g188 does not accept deposits from third-party payment methods. Deposits made from a payment method not belonging to the registered account holder will be returned and the account may be reviewed for compliance.

The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 1,000. Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method that has previously been used to make a deposit on the account, or to a verified payment method linked to the account holder's name.

g188 complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) obligations. g188 reserves the right to delay, hold, or decline any withdrawal request pending satisfactory completion of identity and source-of-funds verification. g188 is not liable for any delay arising from the application of its AML or KYC procedures.

Chargebacks initiated against g188 without prior contact with support are treated as a breach of these Terms. g188 reserves the right to recover the amount of any successful chargeback, together with any associated processing costs, from the player's account balance or by other available means.

g188 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated at the point of offer, which form part of these Terms. In the event of any conflict between the specific bonus terms and these general Terms, the specific bonus terms shall prevail.

Unless stated otherwise in the specific bonus terms, the following general conditions apply to all g188 bonuses:

• Bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before any withdrawal of bonus funds or associated winnings can be processed.
• Only real-money wagers (not bonus-funded wagers) count toward meeting bonus wagering requirements, unless the specific bonus terms explicitly state otherwise.
• Bonuses claimed in duplicate, using multiple accounts, or through any form of abuse will be voided and any associated winnings forfeited.

These product-specific rules are incorporated by reference into these Terms.

The following general rules apply across all g188 gaming and betting products:

• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to each game and betting market and are displayed at the point of play. g188 reserves the right to adjust stake limits at any time.
• Settled results are final. Once a bet or game round has been settled and the result reflected in your account balance, the settlement cannot ordinarily be reversed except in cases of demonstrable technical error.
• Technical errors: In the event of a demonstrable technical malfunction affecting a game result or settlement, g188 reserves the right to void the affected bet or round and return the staked amount to the player's wallet. g188 is not liable for any losses arising from technical errors caused by third-party game providers.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on g188. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus structures.

By registering for a g188 account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including the processing of personal data for the purposes of identity verification (KYC), anti-money laundering compliance, fraud prevention, customer support, and marketing communications where you have opted in to receive them.

g188 employs industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption and secure password hashing, to protect personal data held on its systems. However, no data transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be 100% secure, and g188 is not liable for any breach that occurs despite reasonable security measures being in place.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, g188 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for:

Nothing in these Terms limits g188's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

g188 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and providing tools that allow players to maintain control over their gaming activity. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered g188 players directly from account settings:

Where an account is suspended or closed, g188 will, subject to applicable AML obligations and any withholding of funds where abuse is suspected, return the verified real-money balance to the player via their registered withdrawal method. Bonus balances and bonus-derived winnings are not returnable where the account has been closed for breach of these Terms.

You may close your g188 account at any time by contacting Live Chat support. Any pending withdrawals at the time of account closure will be processed to the registered withdrawal method in the normal course.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which g188 is licensed and incorporated.
